- How do I place an order?
To place an order, you have to add product to your cart that has been provided next to the gift item that you want to order. You can add multiple gift items to cart. You need to check out for payment process and you would be re-directed to the order form (on our secure paypal payment site). There you shall have to provide credit/ Debit Card details for payment. After payment you will be notified by an e-email. If you will not receive order confirmation mail with in 1hour then please feel free to contact us to know the status of your order.
- How do I know the status of my order?
All orders received will be notified by a return e-mail by us (paypal.com sends an order conformation mail on behalf of Flower Delhi). If you do not receive confirmation e-mail then please contact us.
For an urgent order, call for an immediate confirmation.
- Can a Greeting card or another gift product be sent along with the gift?
Yes, you can send greeting card / Any gift product along with the gift. Please send us a message for greeting card and we will print your message to tag along with your gift
- Can I specify, date and time for delivery of my gift?
Yes, you can specify the desired delivery date while placing the order. We shall endeavour to have the order delivered at the nearest possible desired time.
- I have a special request for gift that is not in your list? Can you execute the same?
Yes, please submit your requirements to flowers delhi contact us form. In the subject line kindly mention "Customized Order" and write your requirement to us.
- How do I make a payment?

The list prices for the products are in of packaging, delivery and others. You need to pay shipping and taxes according to your order.
